These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the S&H Restaurant and Catering website and to every order you place with us for delivery, pickup or dine-in. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate contact and delivery information.

2. Menu, Prices and Availability

  • All prices are shown in Brunei Dollars (B$) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • Menu items, add-ons and offers may differ between branches and are subject to availability.
  • Food photos are for illustration; actual presentation may vary slightly.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund for that item.

3. Placing an Order

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by on-screen message, SMS, email or phone. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, the price was displayed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept: Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. For cash on delivery, please have the payment ready when your order arrives. Promo codes and offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may have their own conditions.

5. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is subject to our Delivery Policy. A minimum order of B$15 and a delivery fee may apply. Delivery times are estimates. For pickup orders, please collect your food at the stated time; we cannot hold orders indefinitely.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

7. Allergies and Dietary Needs

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read our Allergen Information and tell us before you order. We cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free of allergens.

8. Reviews and User Content

Reviews you post must be honest and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. We may remove any content that breaks these rules. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on our website and marketing.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse our website — for example by placing fake orders, attempting to access other accounts or systems, or interfering with the site's operation. We may suspend accounts that do so.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, text, photos and design, belongs to S&H Restaurant and Catering or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as severe weather, traffic, power or network outages). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Brunei consumer protection law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brunei Darussalam.
