Here is everything you need to know about getting S&H Restaurant and Catering delivered to your door.

1. Delivery Area

We deliver within the Brunei-Muara district, generally within about 10 km of the branch you order from. If your address is outside our area, the checkout will let you know, or our team will contact you. Pickup is always available.

2. Minimum Order and Delivery Fee

• Minimum order for delivery: B$15
• Delivery fee: B$3 per order, unless a free-delivery offer applies

The exact fee is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery Hours and Times

Delivery is available during the branch's opening hours (see the footer or Contact page), with the last delivery orders taken shortly before closing. Most orders arrive in 30–60 minutes. Times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods, bad weather, public holidays or heavy traffic.

4. Receiving Your Order

• Please give a complete address with landmarks, and keep your phone on — the rider may call you.
• If the rider cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to the branch and treated as delivered.
• Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately about any problem.

5. Tracking

You can follow your order using the Track Order page and the SMS or notifications we send.

6. Food Safety

Our food is packed to stay hot and fresh. For the best taste and safety, please eat it soon after delivery, or refrigerate it within 2 hours.
